TIE RODS CONSIST ENTIRELY OF METAL PARTS (INCLUDING BEARING) FOR LESS WARE AND EASIER ARTICULATION.

• Improved design on existing patent – The entire Tie Rod End, Socket and Steel Spherical Bearing Design is Patented and proudly manufactured in South Africa.
• Re-enforced Rubber Boot – This ensures better reliability and life span of the component to cope well in the required conditions and application.
• Greased for life – The internal components are greased packed and sealed. This reduces the need for Grease nipples and maintenance.
• Ball Stud –The Material used  is case hardened EN36B Steel . This specification is largely utilised when wear resistant hard surface is required along with high core strength. It is commonly used for Auto and heavy vehicle transmission components, engineering machinery gear box parts, aircraft gears mining steering worms, chuck jaws, track pins, mining gearbox gears, pinions etc.
• Bearing – A steel spherical bearing is used, giving you the same reticulation as if using a plastic bearing but with greater industrial design and strength.
• Spring – The spring is fitted into the back cap and into the rest of the tie rod end which reduces the need for maintenance of grease nipples.
